If you use Automatic Updates, Microsoft has probably already sent and installed the update patch.

You can get the update as a support file from Microsoft in Knowledge Base (KB) article 92838, 2007 time zone update for Microsoft Windows operating systems, or you can do it manually using the instructions in KB article 91437, How to configure daylight saving time for the United States in 2007.

Microsoft has a less technical article about the time changes here: Preparing for daylight saving time changes in 2007

Short answer: Sick and gimping along on one household computer.

Long answer: I've had the same upper respiratory infection all year. My immune system doing a halfassed job makes me tired and since I don't have a Real Job, I've been sleeping a ridiculous amount. (Amazingly, I'm still mostly caught up on my PTA and Scouting commitments. This may be a fluke.) My computer was fried by a power fluctuation last fall so I've been gimping along on my old 500 MHz box and I have to share it with Vogon, who wants it available for him to use when he's home and awake. The computer situation will be improved in the near future when I inherit my sister's old laptop, but true resolution of the computer situation won't happen until all the work the car needs is caught up on.

And there you go.
