Vogon has a sizable stash of vegetarian and vegan recipes. I have an insatiable sweet tooth. While flipping through a back issue of a cooking magazine he dug up while cleaning, I found recipes for vegan Boston cream pie and assorted sweet breads I plan to try in the not-too-distant future. If any of you reading this would be interested in me sharing the recipes as I go, let me know. If you aren't, I'll probably post them anyway, but I'm curious whether anyone's interested in, say, orange stuffed French toast that's ovo-vegetarian.

In related news, we scored a bunch of milk the day after the sell-by date for $1/gallon so I'm making yogurt tonight.

I don't know if I'll try any, but it'd be interesting to see them :)

I'd be up for it. My gov't supervisor is vegan so he never gets to eat my baked goods.

Hey, go check out the yogurt now. ;)

And, don't forget to mention the smoked tofu that the nerdsprout used to rave about. It's really good with savory rice.
