After enjoying clear reception and a few shows I hadn't watched in awhile, I've been dealing with the expected downside of cable: the ads. I used to marvel at Frosted Flakes spots airing in the sponsor bits between shows on PBS Kids, but it's a drop in the ocean compared to the ads for super-sugar-fortified chocolate-flavored cereal with marshmallows we've seen this week.
