Laurel was really excited about opening gifts this year, although she was more interested in food for most of the day. She had two bananas between brunch and Christmas dinner, then denied having them while the neatly-split peel of one was sitting on her table. Ha. Now she's barreling through a pad of Crayola Color Wonder paper and drawing lots of windows, houses, and people with navels, because that is what you do when you're four.
