I was born and reared for 10 years in New England, followed by several years in Colorado with brief periods of exile in Virginia and North Carolina. Since 2004, I've made Texas home with the help of ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) vogonpoet, my daughter and a couple of cats. I sometimes miss Colorado, but Evergreen was too surreal to be home forever -- early seasons of South Park have high school teachers I had in them. I'm a co-conspirator to make the world a better place. Part of my commitment to that is volunteering as a Scouter. I collect maps, mid-century vintage clothing, and Archie McPhee metal snackboxes, usually can't tell you where my socks are, and enjoy modifying cheap action figures to amuse my friends. This cake is delicious.
I fold with Team Short-Media (team #93) and you should too! Donate your spare CPU cycles to folding proteins for medical research, that is. It's just gravy if you fold with a team. Fold fold fold! WU WU WU!
