I should applique the name "Pooper Cat" on a cat-sized superhero cape and then take photos of Squeaky jumping on his hind legs showing it off. Crazy furball showed us a 4' vertical leap playing with a feather wand teaser today.

Note to self: ask C-- if we are allowed to bring a cat into his studio.

We had a cat at jaehop that once did a ~5' standing leap to get to the top of a shelf ... that was kinda creepy

Was it Teegrr? I loved him and hope he's enjoying wherever he is now.

Squeaks has demonstrated a 5' vertical leap in the shower, but I haven't seen him get that high in other situations yet.

We're slowly but surely making progress on getting him used to being a happy indoor cat. He is slowly losing the on-his-own outdoor cat habits, like gobbling food like it's not going to come again. (When he first came home, we had the self-serve feeder down but he ate like there was no tomorrow. The result from the other end was such high volume that I had to manually scoop the Littermaid for awhile.)

I once saw a cat who was being abused by a bluejay do a standing leap 4 feet in the air and at least 8 feet horizontally.

He missed by "that much" but he scared the bird and had a very very satified look on his face.
